Exercise is one of our most favorite things to do, and a great way of keeping healthy too. Everyone has a favorite sport they like to do, whatever it may be. To keep healthy we must exercise every day, this could mean running round the garden with friends, or playing football in the local team. Exercising is a great way to meet new friends, or to spend time with the family. Why not persuade your parents to take you to the local leisure centre to see what they have to offer?
